This has been bothering me for quite some time. How do you guys prepare your shake for post-workouts? Are you able to make it before you workout then drink it after the workout and get the same benefits? or do you just carry around the drink and whey with you and mix it up after workout?

Well, I put the whey into the shaker at home.

at the gym, when I'm done, I add water and shake. Not that complicated.

You can either prepare it in the morning or mix it right then, it doesn't matter. As long as you get the protein intake within an hour before and within an hour after your workout.

I get a water bottle with about half a cup to a cup of water and put in the protein. Then I shake it up on the way to the gym (at stoplights or whatever), then leave it in the locker until I'm done.

That's weird, why not just shake in the locker room?

Does mixing it with water taste much different than with milk? Cause it seems like it would be nasty with water haha

16 OZ milk (2%)
two scoops protein
two scoops of superfood
one scoop of fiber

within 1 hour of working out (post workout)

I have moved on to surge though!
