So Im ordering Fender Telecaster from Thomann. I've been watching for this one lately

Is that Mexico or Korea made? Idea about Korea made Fender does not turn me on, are they crappy?

I hate to say it, but chances are the only thing good about that amp is the fact that the name looks a lot like the word "laser"...

it's Korean.

quality wise, Korean > Mexican

that's not my opinion, that's their own marketing.

Not sure where it's made to be honest! I would've thought if it was Mexican, they would say but cause it doesn't, I would err on the side of caution.

I've just read some reviews and apparently Koreans are not too good. It goes: American>Mexican>Korean. Some people say you're far better off going for A Mexican. I have a Mexican Strat and its great.

I checked some reviews and they say that it's allmost pretty nice guitar. Some people whine about crappy settings and fretjob, but that can be fixed. Becouse I'm ordering it from Thomann, I would be able to buy some upgrade parts too. One review said that it's nut is crappy plastic, should I buy a better nut or is that guitar worth of buying after all?

i bought a lite ash tele last december and it's the same quality as any mexican i played in the shop - i was surprised when i found out it was korean.

the SD pickups and brass saddles are very nice touches too.

The pickguard should fit on the tele, I'd be pretty surprised if it didn't. I'd say go for the lite ash tele. It looks pretty good and it doesn't seem to cost that much more.
