Well I made a thread about this in the morning and I talked to my doctor and she said I have a stomach flu. I was just wondering if drinking Gatorade will keep me hydrated a lot? Or should I stick to water.

probably water.... if you arent doing much exercise the gatorade could build up levels of somethings other than water which may not be good since you arent burning it off

Water, gatorade has many empty calories. You should only drink it if you are actually burning calories.

Water. Gatorade is filled with electrolytes that can build up if you don't burn them off. Which is unhealthy.

i would just drink water.


i tend to find that gatorade just makes me thirstier since it has a lot of sodium in it.
