Well I've realized I need to learn theory and I was wondering if any of you have had experience with or know of a reallly good book to teach theory. I want to know all the scales, chords (not as much), and all the other neccesary stuff. I think it will help with my blues jams (which im really bad at).

Hal Leonard Guitar Method books (especially the ones with DVDs) seem to be real popular with people I've spoken to before. I've got a few of them and they're easy to understand, and well paced in my opinion.
