I feel like I'm the only one who didn't like it.

I mean, Think of the parents pushing the child to do this.

Why is it always "the parents are pushing the kid"?

All 3 children in my family loved singing from an early age. Lots of children love singing. If kids enjoy something, they'll do it lots. They do it lots, they get better at it.

Maybe the video was the parents trying to record their kid doing something s/he loves?

+1
My 3 years old cousin knows the whole Barney intro, some Maria Elena Walsh songs, and her favorite book. Yup, she actually pretends that she reads, but she actually remembers the whole story.

When I was a little kid I had a plastic guitar similar to a GH controller that made melodies, and a toy microphone and I LOVED IT.
You know, kids can love things besides Barney The Dinosaur.
