I'm going to solder in a SD '59 into my new PRS (in the bridge), but I'm not sure how to solder it in. I've checked the wiring diagrams on the Seymour Duncan site but they're not helping me since their diagram is for a 4-conducter pick-up and the '59 is a single conducter pick-up. The guitar is S/S/H, one volume, one tone, and 5-way switch. I am confused.

The outside metal jacket gets soldered to the top of the pot, the inside wire goes to the first prong on the pot (one farthest from the prong grounded to the pot body)

Which pot, volume or tone

wire it just like that, but pretend the bridge single coil is your humbucker. The wiring is the same.

but mine is one tone and single conducter

You don't need to worry about tone. All you need to know is that the outside wire should be grounded and the inside needs to go to that specific wiper on the selector switch.
