What would you guys rank among the list of top Hardcore/Metalcore solos?

Personally I think the guitar intro to Eternal Rest by Avenged Sevenfold was just crazy...

I'm also fond of many of Protest The Hero's A.D.D. solos (as in Heretics And Killers) where they end abruptly and follow unorthodox scale progressions.

Most of the riffs in 'Vela, together we await the storm - The Human Abstract' are just sick, there is one, just over halfway or so that is off the chain. Yes I said off the chain, and yes I mentioned The Human Abstract, don't hurt me.

Selkies
Easily one of the best

EDIT:Not hardcore but Sikth - Way Beyond the Fond Old River
the bends at 3:35-3:38 are orgasmicly good
And you can't spell funeral

Just learn all of BTBAM, SiKth and Protest the Hero, show it off and the girls will love you.

I'd say BTBAM would be the hardest to play, but that's coming from a bassists perspective.

Discarding the fact that BTBAM is my favorite band
I'm actually gonna have to say Sikth have hard solos. Hell, Sikth just have harder riffs in general. But the tapping on Scent of the Obscene is probably one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard.

All that song is an intro and then sweeps for 4 minutes.

Which makes it awesome

Yeah, Oli Herbert from ATR is amazing to.

All shall Perish's guitarists and drummer are so really good to, and brutal, that they piss excellence.

Brutal excellence.

Yes.

I don't listen to Shadows Fall, but I know they got some pretty nice solos to.

The solo in PTH's Blindfolds Aside is a keeper for sure.

Also, the one at the end of Five Years by Misery Signals.

Selkies (trying to learn the solo, but the sweeps are too hard )

I have a problem with the tapping bit on the first two sweeps. But yeah, that solo is amazing.
BTBAM definitely has some amazing solos.

solo in I won't see you tonight part 2, by A7x. Synyster is a crazy mother****er.
The human abstract are great, but BTBAM are in my opinion better. I'm not really into norma jean or dillinger escape plan... I don't see whats so great about them, when i listen to those two, i just here noise. I donno, probably need to get used to it by listening more to them..............

But best solo in metalcore/hardcore... I'm thinking Selkies: The Endless Obsession. Some Human Abstract solos are pretty sweet too.
