If you can do Simon & Garfunkel proficently, I'd say look into some Arlo Gunthrie or similier folk artists, though S&G have a ton of fingerstyle stuff.

If you're into classical stuff you could look into Moonlight Sonata (Beethoven), Bouree in Em (Bach), or some stuff by Tarrega (sp, sorry not very famillier as I can't play any of his works )

Closer to the Heart (Rush) or Dee (Ozzy/Randy Rhodes) are good ones too

Also, Homeward Bound, Sound of Silence, pretty much can't go wrong with those two

if you wana try walking a bassline get a simple jazz chart (or maybe just do 1-4-5 all dominant) and try to stay in time and keep the bass going (could also do that with a pick and your midlle and ring fingers and pinky.

Mood for a Day - Yes.
Just about anything by Opeth.
Crimson Towers - Dissection.
Into Infinite Obscurity - Dissection.
Adelita - Francisco Tarrega.
Your Revolution is a Joke - Funeral for a Friend.
The interlude to Tapestry of the Starless Abstract - Ne Obliviscaris (if you have a tab pm me).

All the ones I can think of that I play off the top of my head.
I've decided that my signature is terrible. I'm open to suggestions.
