this is for BB King Thrill is Gone the actual way he plays it.

it's 10 bent up 1/2, up full, up 1 and 1/2, down full.

and it says, the string is bent up gradually and released while striking.

what the heck does that mean

do you continue to play the note as you slowly bring it up? lol maybe.

I do, m8 - does release while striking mean to just bend it back? to it's original note?

I'm pretty sure it means you bend, then pick the note when you get to the top of the bend then bend it back down.

alright, that makes sense and actually sounds correct.

I couldn't wrap my mind around the 'release' part like take my finger off the string and it sounded like ass, lol.

there isn't a tab on UG that doesn't take a short cut on this bend section and I got it down now, thanks.
