ok, so i have never spent more then $500 for a guitar before (i have a reverend daredevil and epiphone les paul to give you an idea of what i have) and i want to save up to get a higher end guitar in the $600-$900 area, (it is going to take some time for me to save up that amount of money, possibly a year or more) so i want to get a guitar that is going to keep me happy pretty much forever

now the new guitar i get is going to be for my thrash metal / pantara-esque groove metal playing (i use my reverend for black sabbath-esque music and my les paul for everything else), i have brought the list of guitars down to 4, and i want your guy's opinion on it

the guitars are:

Schecter C-1 Classic

Schecter C-1 Hellraiser W/ Origional Floyd Rose

Jackson WRMG Warrior W/ EMG and Jackson Licensed Floyd Rose Low Profile

Jackson KE3 Kelly W/ JT580LP Tremolo

Note the main things I am looking for are 24 frets and some sort of floyd rose system (i also love the finish on the hellraiser)

Epic post. Wish I could say more, but I don't know much about the subconscious and other psychological stuff.

as much as i love jacksons
your probably better off with the hellraiser
it has the best trem
an awesome finish
they play like a dream
and its a set neck, unlike the jacksons
Vikings? What Vikings? We are but poor, simple farmers. The village was burning when we got here, and the people must have slain themselves.

DING DING DING, we have a winner, Schecters usually give you the most bang for your buck, and that is one BA guitar, I know cause it's the next guitar im getting, played it many times in the store.

As far as those go the Hellraiser is probably #1 and the Classic is the last one you'd want because of the lack of a trem.

I'd say also check out ESPs (i.e. this one):

Gibson Les Paul Classic
