I'm looking for hardcover theory books. I have a weird obsession/compulsion where I absolutely hate using paperback books, so I was wondering if anyone knew of some good hardcover books. I have some spare cash on me, so anything up to $150 (I realize hardcover raises the price).

hehe, just thought it was funny how I'm the exact opposite...can't stand hardcover. But I just thought it was weird to think every theory book that I have ever used is either paperback. The good ones are usually spiral-bound. I know that doesn't help you one-bit. But seriously, it might be hard to find one. Good luck.

Hmmm I've seen a lot of old school theory books in the good old faded hard cover.

Check a local bookshop. Not like a barnes and noble but a privately owned.
