are you on an administrator account? if your not then that's the problem

it saying you don't have sufficient privileges probly means your on a limited account and aren't allowed to install ****.

ok.... my best guess is that the install isnt working properly.

unistall and try again?

from the error message it looks like something that shouldve been installed wasnt and it needs that something to finish the install (iPod service, whatever that is)

you should probly either google it or check the ipod help thread to see if anyone else has had the same problem.

Are you on vista?

Check you are an administrator or admin with elevated permissions.

Right click on the installer and choose 'run as administrator'.

Check you have the right installer for your OS.

Wierd. Chances are that it's a corrupt file then. If not, then something is wrong with your computer.
