Whenever I hookup to an amp and put on the distortion, there is too many noises going on, like when I bend, and the other strings make noise, or when the other strings make noise when I dont want them to because I bump them. Does anyone know any tips to help reduce this, thanks.

Clean up your playing, and watch hitting the strings you're not supposed to be hitting. Maybe turn down the distortion a bit?

A lot of things that take practice are hard, that's why you practice. You have to develop your accuracy and also muting, which there is no proper way to do, you have to figure out what works for you.
