Hi there.

I've found these forums very helpful, so thank you!

On to my newest question....
What is the best way of getting my art onto CD?

I've seen various websites with promotions for getting your art printed on, with CD inleys etc.

It's all very confusing.

All I want is:
around 20/30 blank CDs, with art printed on (that i've done myself)..

Anybody got some good places?

Thanks

Light Scribe is permanent. The biggest shortcoming is there are no colors available for LIght Scribe. The disks you get are a goldish/greenish color, and it burns black labels. Those are your only color options.

Oh I see,

How come it advertises colour on their website?

Anyway, the artwork I intend to use - is completely black and white.
Will it be... black and white? Haha,
many thanks

Hmmm, if you look on www.lightscribe.com you'll notice all the discs are solid color and that scribed portion is a shade of black. So you'll be limited to the color of your discs and those shades of black.

I can't find anything there that advertises scribing in color.

If you have black and white art then you just need some white light scribe discs and a light scribe burner.

Ah right.

So basically, the scriber doesn't touch the cd where it is white, or the other colour.
It only produces the black bits.

So if i wanted a picture with the main colour: blue, i would have to buy blue scribe discs?
thanks again

My Epson R320 prints to CDs, seems to be of alright quality, nothing to write home about though.
