I'm assuming you mean coil split, but no. Not unless you have a 3pdt switch on the push pull pot. Most are just dpdt. You could just get a 3pdt toggle switch for splitting them all at once, or have one push-pull wired to split the neck and bridge pups (or neck and middle, or bridge and middle...whatever), and replace another pot with another push pull to split the remaining pup.

I've never seen a 3pdt push pull pot, but unless you could find one, you'd need to use another switch.
