I don't have any pictures but I recently found a guitar that has been sitting in an attic since the 1970's it has a Les Paul style body it's black with white binding and mother of pearl inlays on the frets and when I remove the bridge it says Gibson on the back and at the Headstock all there is is a Diamond not cut up like the Gibson Diamond just a solid diamond...Anyone ever heard of something like this.

ok so what's the headstock look like? More pics please! If it's a copy it's still probably a nice enough guitar. Looks nice anyway. How's it play?

The guitar plays beautifully the bridge pickup is still very high output for it's age and the guitar looks beautiful and I will take a picture of the headstock soon.

Why would you describe the headstock and then show us the body?
Sometimes the headstock is the most important thing for determining the brand.
