So i saw the impressions of the OEM fender tuners in the headstock and realized they're slightly different heights... so i checked the new planet waves autotrim ones and they seem to be marked as well but not with exact matching configurations. Im wondering if anyone has the info... (that is if anyone else noticed before installing them).

The PW set has the following:
2x #1's
3x #2's
1x #4

the OEM ones are marked with these hash marks:
e = IIII
B = II
G = III
D = I
A = I
E = III

Im guessing the #4 will go on the high-e and the #1's will be G and E leaving the 3 #2's for D A and the B string?

Oh well, now the empty shell of what used to be chocolaty goodness can contain a tasty guitar circuit.

I set them out and measured the post length - they are in fact all exactly the same height.

so whats the markings for?
