I have a really bad problem with drooling when i'm really into something and the fact that I look down at the guitar doesn't help the problem. I somehow drooled all over the lower fret board

Is my guitar trash now?

How much damage can a guitar take on average?

Use a wet sponge to wash the spit off, you could even add a little soap in the mix to disinfect it.

Let me know how it turns out.

Your guitar will be fine. Your guitar can handle some drool. Just wipe it off with a rag with a little bit of water or fret board cleaner.

That... PLUS! Close your mouth.
Too many people own guitars. Someone had better go play a... clarinet or something.

Don't ever get an acoustic or you might drool in the sound hole and flood the thing.
