Pretty crazy, but seems fairly unneeded and just an excuse to mod a pedal to high hell and back. also that thing most go through 9 volts like non other. All and all it doesn't seem to be anything you couldn't do with a nice tube amp to me- but what do I know.

i agree 100%, why not just buy a new amp. modding stuff to this extent means you are looking for a different tone and what you have is never going to get it until you mod it like 9 times like this poor pedal has gone thru. its ridiculous and disgusting and grotesque. /rant over
