I've had it about 6 months or so now.
But today when I plugged in the power supply, the light came on but it was really dim, and little sound was getting through.

its the same adapter and everything.
what would be the problem?

I had this problem with a big muff.

I asked in guitar gear and accessories and got an answer.

Then I took it to a nice man in a shop who fixed it for £10

Old battery perhaps?

He's using the power adapter, not batteries.

Possibly a problem with the power supply plug or the actual input jack? Try Gear and Accessories, you're more likely to get a solution from there. Or the guitar shop is always good. Maybe take it in and ask if you can try it with another power supply?
