Hey guys, due to popular demand every one says i should go to a guitar shop to try guitars out but my local guitar shop sells things like low ends Deans, ESP LTD, Yamaha, Squier, and 1 second hand Ibanez and 3 (or is it two?) Epiphone Guitars. So i am going to London to go a try out guitar.

My question is apart from GAK what other guitar shops are there which have a decent verity please let me know in London?

Thank you.

You'll want to go to Denmark street, there are a tonne of shops there.

Sound Control in that Virgin Megastore which is on (I think) Oxford Street.

yeah it is.

That sound control isn't great for guitars tho.

And you can get them cheaper elsewhere.

I think it's Tottenham Court Road?

I could be wrong though

GAK is in Brighton,n00b.
Denmark Street though that is win.
Tottenham court road station (on the central line)
Towars the fountain thing carry on going towards the Astoria and I think past Foyles' book shop.
On the opposite side of the road (where borders is) there is a guitar shop on the corner, that is the beggining of Denmark Street

It has entrances on both streets.

The one on Oxford street is better for getting to the sound control.

Across the road from Tottenham court road station you go in the door turn left and the stairs are right there.

tottenham court road station has 4 exits. The one you're talking about is infact on the very end of oxford street.

There are loads, it depends on the day and the shop in question. Most of them have headphones anyway

I thought that it was still tottenham court road there, but thinking about, it's pretty far up. I apologise for arguing about that.

I should know better, I was there yesterday ffs
EDIT: I meant I should know better than I do
