Hey, does anyone know any good websites for learn beginner drums.

My bro is interested and i need to hook him up.

There isn't really any.. you would need to get a teacher.

Though what i would recommend is getting drum tabs and playing along to music you like thats what i do. It sustains and interest in the instrument and helps you improve.

Also study sheet music for drums etc.

kk, thx any sites of what "38,49,36" is on tab or w/e it is, look strange compared to a guitar xD

The drum tabs aren't really tabs. They are just fret positions that are translated via Guitar Pro to the Drum MIDI or whatever.
Get him a real teacher that can teach him how to read music (percussion has those notes too, just like how Guitar has the tab and the music)

I've been thinking about buying some drums recently.
Can anybody give me suggestions about a good set that's $500 or less?

first make sure he knows what a drum sounds like then have him practice basic beats then play along with songs if he hasnt alrdy if he needs ideas show him drumbum.com sheet music is for idiots

thats what i did and i can play almost anything except those wierd latin (or what ever they are) beats things

if u find a tama rockstar set that would work
(500$) is a beginning drum set price they get super pricey)

and if your starting because it looks easy i wouldnt i let my friends play on my kit sometimes and they suck
