I'm thinking of building a 2 by 12 to use with a Peavey Windsor instead of buying one from Avatar, simply for the purpose of saving some money.

I thought, "how hard can it be?"

I underestimated it.

I hear something about the Qtc of the cab, and that it should be between .7 and 1.0.

I was like, "Que?"

Can someone give me some dimensions that will work well for Classic rock? I have no clue what Qtc is or how to measure it.

I already know what speakers I'm getting and how to wire them, so I'm good on that.

Where's the best place to get all the other stuff? (glues, toltex, grille cloth, feet, corners, side handles, etc.)

....help?

You could always just copy the dimensions off Avatar, Lopoline, or Earcandy.

BTW, I think Lopoline is a bit cheaper than Avatar.

They post their dimensions?

I didn't think they would do that. Sounds like a bad business plan to me.
