i got a new peavey amp for practise and jammin at my friends house...but it makes no sound....all connections are fine but still no noise...even with everything turned up! and my guitar is fine before you ask....Help buds?!?!?!?!?!?

Have you tried another guitar? Another cable? Is there no noise whatsoever (even when not plugged into the guitar)?

Yeah... I assumed one of the transtube series. You didn't have to lie and say that it was some expensive amp.
Well... Check that it's plugged in and turned on.
Make sure that the speakers are connected to the amp.
Try the guitar on your main amp, see if it's not something wrong with your cables
Other than that, i've never owned a transtube, but there's alot of people on here who have.
