Well, I have the option of either getting a 255 Dean Razorback with the Union Jack paint job http://www.musik-schmidt.de/osc-schmidt/catalog/images/Dean-Dimebag-Razorback-255-UJ-Union-Jack_8.jpg

Or the Dean Razorback with the Explosion Graphics http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/shop_image/product/eddd1afe4919ff12c585aaac3e46bc0e.jpg

I like the graphics for the explosion much more than the other and the explosion is also about $500-$600 cheaper, the only thing is it doesn't have 24 frets unlike the other. But i'm thinking 2 less frets wouldn't be that big of a loss would it?

the explosion graphics look kind of cheesey for they look a lot better for 500 dollars less

Get the explosion. Think about it, 500-600 dollar difference for two frets, how many times does anyone even use the last two frets? not many, yes you can use them and it can help but is not such a big deal.

Alright, thank you, my thoughts exactly except I was just making sure... I still have an Ibanez RGR320EX anyways for 24 frets.

I only play 24s, so I'd personally side with that. I hit those notes quite a bit actually. I'm biased though. Also, I hate razorbacks.
