Alright guys, this is probably gonna sound pretty "noobish" but i'm thining of buying a Vox Cooltron OTT Boost as my mate is goin to sell it to me for cheap but i have a Digitech Hot Head and i'm not sure if there's any point in keeping the digitech once i have the Vox.
So, basically, i'm asking should i sell the Digitech or will it still be useful when i have the Vox? I play anything from blues to metal really e.g. Hendrix, Foo Fighters, Muse and Metallica.

Thanks in advance

I'd really spend the money on a new amp, it'll be able to get you the tones you want without a pedal. Also, using the Vox pedal on a tube amp would sound better.

Alright then. But if/when i do get a new amp, is my Digitech still going to be useful in my rig? Or will the Vox Boost pretty much just do the job of the Digitech?
