A friend of mine is possibly going to purchase one. I'm not asking anything about the deal, it's just that (from what I was told) this specific unit has got 5 footswitches instead of the regular 3 (asides from the expression pedal).

Has anyone got any info on this possible special edition? I scanned eBay for one, looked through Boss's website and searched Google but I found nothing.

The ME-50 has three footswitches. If his has five, it's not an ME-50.
Probably a GT-6/8.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.

How could you not find info? Put ME-50 in google and a lot comes up.

*sigh* Did you bother reading the whole post?! Kids these days.

Anyway, I knew it wasn't a gt-# because I was told it had the 2 extra footswitches below the other 3. But apparently the problem is solved, it's an ME-30. Which resembles the ME-50 as much as a bus resembles the LOL WUT pear, but oh well, I'm surrounded by idiots.

Thanks anyway.
