I own both.

You can cop metal distortion on the Pi, and cop fuzz onthe MM, but you really have to choose a priority. Sorry!

i also own both. if u turn down the dist all the way on the metal muff, u can get some big muff sounds, but with a lack of fuzz. if u want fuzz and some ok dist, go for the big muff. if u want brutal metal, metal muff. or as stated, buy both . gotta love ebay, u can get both for a little more than one retail.
