Ok, I'm looking to buy a Viking Helm; not one to actually protect my head, only to look kickass. Can anyone link me to a store where they are not $400?
Thanks.

SO if Janne and Alexi did a gay porn, would I be the only one willing to buy it?

That's a dumb question, you know everyone in here would buy it too. I know I would!

Search for Artefact.

If you get one, it is required to drive around town playing The Wild Rover by Týr extremely loud while swinging a battle axe at pedestrians.

viking might of worn horned helmets only for pagan rituals. and vikings that settled in scotland braided their hair to represent how brave they were. thats why the scottish adopted the custom. viking helmets? umm.. budk.com might have em, i havnt looked but i bet theyll have one.

The Double-Bladed Axe is only $49.99!!
I bet the real Vikings bought their weapons online too.

ME and my friends are going on a raiding party once we all have out armor.

just a word of caution, wearing one onstage will not make you look like a bad ass, it'll make people in the audience say "who is this asshole, and what made him think this was a cosplay convention?"

The only way to get a proper helm is to cross the nordic plains, and cut down the highest tree with an axe smelted from the untainted gold and steel from the deepest cave. Next, journey into the valley of the dead and take two horns and skin from the alpha male dragon that you have slaughtered, also with your axe.

You must then journey to the loch of Ness and craft your wares on the shore at midnight.

If all else fails, remember that true viking warriors use eBay.

they started around the victorian period when the old Danish texts were being translated into English. The idea of horned helmets, braided hair etc is based on the illustrations in those books more than anything else

Techno Viking doesn't need a helmet. I have no idea what's behind this video but would you argue with those abs??

Techno viking? Everyone knows that the song is by Zombie Nation.

It says Zombie, zombie, zombie zombie nation!, not Techno Viking.
