Not in the drug way, but the natural toxins the body builds up from eating bad things and such.
Does anyone know a home based remedy for taking the toxins out?

theres an add advertising cranberry juice as a natural detox.... or may b its prune juice, i forgot. but one of them.

I saw those, but I don't want to buy anything, there has to be a natural way.
I mean I've heard about alot of water, and saunas and other things, like green tea, but I want visible results like the freakin' slippers.

+1. That detoxing stuff is just crap people made up so they could sell these horrible tasting drinks that would supposedly make you feel better. If you were to the point that you needed to detox your body from all those horrible poisons you'd be dead already.
I can honestly say I have really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like.

If you actually do succeed in detoxing your body - whether it's naturally or done medically, it will **** up your sense of taste. There's a few people I read articles from / on the radio, that naturally detoxed their bodies and they couldn't even drink a full cup of coffee afterwards.

I'm scared of detox.

Kombucha. I have been eager to try it. A guy in my class takes it, and he says that he feels full of energy and much lighter/healthier. I need to grab some.

There's some sort of ionized foot-bath treatment that supposedly works wonders.

edit: I know it's not home-based, but it still might be kinda cool.

8 ounces of water,
2 tablespoons maple syurp
2 tablespoons lemon/lime juice
a pinch of cayenne peppers

NO DRUGS
NO SMOKING
NO DRINKING
NO EATING

the maple syrup has to be like orangic syrup not that over the breakfast table ****.
th lemon/lime has to be real lemons or limes, not like the juice you have to juice them
and pour the juice into the water mixture
everyime youre hungry you drink this you should drink about 6 to 10 of thoes a day.
when i did it i just make a bunch of water bottles of it

detoxing your body is your livers job, and it's very good at it. Don't be one of those new age idiots. And according to pretty much all doctors agree that colon cleansing does absolutely nothing except for weakening your ass muscles. If you really feel the need to detox smoke lots of crack and drink a gallon of cranberry juice a day.

I've never heard a bloke say he wanted to detox before. The girls I used to work with used to do all sorts of daft things like just eating grapes for a week.

But I agree with anyone else who said just drink more water.

my mum is a detox nerd.

first of all, drink LOTS of water, its a big detoxer, TRUST ME.
prunes are good cos they help you poop better.
lots of natural fiber, and they give you gas, so not recommended for a big night out.
not stinky gas, just noisy gas lol.

Spirulina is AWESOME.
i take it ( when i dont forget) every day.
you take about 8 tablets, its equivelent to a giant plate of veges for breakfast every day. it has similar properties to wheatgrass. it is a natural detox so for the first you few days you feel like you have tummy ache, but dont actually have one. its just working on your liver and kidneys.
on top of that i take calcium tablets every day cos i have really weak nails and hair, and probably bones too.

Olive leaf extract is a natural antibiotic - it cleans a lot of the bad **** out of your circulatory system and makes you feel quite a bit better. It's awesome when you can feel yourself getting a cold too, so I guess that's one natural way of semi-detoxing.
Eat a balanced diet high in fresh fruit, nuts and vege's with plenty of good protein. Limit your saturated fat intake. Drink green tea and no soft drinks/alcohol. Take a multivitamin tablet daily. Have some greek-style unsweetened yoghurt that's high in acidophilus and bifidus. These help your digestive system and make you feel a lot better in general.
Bam! Easy way to detox without any of the commercialised crap they sell.
