I'm looking for an amp which can play Metal, yet still be decent at Classic Rock, could the Randall RH G3 series do it? I know it can play metal well.

And 150W Hybrid should be loud enough for anything right?

You'd be a lot better off with something like... a Randall RG50TC.

Way better than that hybrid thing.

Why such an absolute remark?

While I can't say that the RH150G3 is suitable for classic rock, I also can't agree with this comment. I would recommend playing them both and deciding on what you like best. Either way, they're both good amps.

actually i own the 300 head w/ the cab and it puts out a great metal tone, just make sure u get a noisegate or something that'll get rid of the feedback, but thats the only con about the amp

I tried out one of those...absolutely awful. The Crate Flexwave stack next to it blew it out of the water...A CRATE!

I was highly disappointed. I'd save up a bit more and look at maybe a Mesa F-30 or 50 combo.
