why can't i get a reply from ultimate-guitar customer service
i have sent then sevrial emails and still havent gotten a reply to one .
i can not get into my profile . i have set my browser to accept ult-guitar
every thing says ok then when i go to log in i get a flash message form the welcom
screen then it's kicks me back to log in and pass word .
if there is some one that can help .
