yeah its good, but first consider your playing style etc, go to a shop and try out different necks, whether you prefer active or passive pickups

like 80% of the tone is made in the amp, why not consider upgrading the amp before the gutiar?

well my amp is a fender princeton 65 dsp and its pretty old but it sounds good and, my guitar is a epiphone strat... so what do u think?

Go to a local music shop and play it. If you like, buy it. I would never buy a guitar online unless I played it somewhere first.

Me personally, I don't like Fenders, but "To each his own".

Gibson/Epiphone are better for harder rock IMO.

lol epiphone strat. but yeah the guitar is good and is more versatile than ohter strats because it has a hubucker so yeah i say go for it
