Your first mistake was getting a Chinese lady to cut your hair.

Your second mistake was getting someone who doesn't speak English to cut your hair.

Your third mistake was listening to your dicklock parents.

Staying good implies already being good, and if you're good, a week won't hurt you.

A week off won't do that much bad, as CaptainJack has said.

But if you really don't want to get worse, just do air bass stuff. Like, just 2-1-2-1 motions and 3-2-1-3-2-1 stuff with your fingers.

With my hectic work schedule and the family thing, I often go months without the chance to practise on my own except for weekly band practises. I'm not getting any better... but my level of playing stays the same.
One week off every so often won't much difference at all.

I bought one of those planet waves gripmaster things to keep the strength in my fingers when I'm on holiday. They're a bit of a rip off though, I'm sure you could find the same thing for much cheaper with a different brand name on.

Looks like you had a big bowl of Downs Syndrome for breakfast.
