The killswitch. Pretty cool effect for cetrain song types. Can be easily made but it's also sometimes with the guitar since we buy it.
I always saw killswitches for finger-use, I decided that I'm gonna use my leg for it, needed a little bit training but it does well now.
Any 1 uses it here ?
Or maybe some one uses the leg-killswitch also ?

what does a killswitch do?

It "kills" the singnal from guitar to amp. Like you were plugging/unplugging cable quickly.
Song with killswitch use:
Buckethead - Jordan

a kill switch cuts out the guitars signal when pressed, abd it comes back on when released, so if you do it rapidly, you get a cool stuttery effect
Get off this damn forum and play your damn guitar.

I'm in the midst of putting one in. Need a drill to put it in the pickguard.

Actually you may use the tape that is sticky from boths sides and stick the switch to the guitar.
Less interference in guitars construction, and it still works.
