OK so i found an Ibanez DT350 at a local pawn shop for 150 dollars

it has a few belt scratches on the back, no spring cover, a few dings, missing a knob cover, and the bridge humbucker seems to be missing a screw. If i get it i will replace all the electronics with maybe some duncans or emg 81 85. Do you guys think its worth that price and then spending 200 on it? by the way that picture i found on line and its the same color.

They're supposed to be OK trems, with lots of maintenance needed.
