Who's the better band? I have my opinion: Aerosmith is in every way. Every member of Aerosmith was better than those of Led Zeppelin, and Aerosmith's songs were in a league above Led Zeppelin. For some reason though, people always seem to disagree with me here. After polling my friends were about 50/50; let's see what you have to say.

nah...aerosmith are alright but i find they have a little bit of a manufactured sound...they don't seem as raw as zeppelin...i have herd my share of both and i would have to go with zeppelin on the one bud sorry.

Ur drunk to think Aerosmith. Led is the better band, just think if they would have keep turning out albums and touring after Bonz death. Aerosmith is good and unique but my no means better.

each member was better? I would like to see you elaborate on the drummer issue here

zeppelin were better, although its nice to see a different comparison to ac/dc vs. led zep

i'm guessing that a lot of people will say aerosmith though...and i can understand that...but when it comes to actual union and "electricity" of band members...the guys in zeppelin can still do it for me even if it is 30 years later.

I like Zeppelin more when it comes to their songs but live I enjoy Aerosmith more. I saw them twice and they completely blew me away. And they're in their 50s.

I think they're both great and can't pick one over the other as far as personal preference. However, Led Zeppelin never did any bull**** stuff like Pink and Love in an Elevator.

I agree with KurtCobain9898 that Led Zeppelin is more historically important.

Maybe its because John Bonham was the best drummer of ALL time.

I find Steven Tyler's voice a little irritating at times. I can see why you might not like Plants singing, personally, i love it. Not a massive fan of Joe Perry's guitar playing either.

Hey what a challenge that one is- and a tough one to do within a musical symetry-as they don't share style in tempo-zep is direct-on line-and bass, drums, acoustics, vocalism, carry on beat-vocals in a world of thier own.aero has the wash of play against each other in time-and out, with high rhytimatics all thier own.most of the differences are timing,as the two drummers use very different tempo build-and both unique to themselves-building a foundation for the music as a whole.so, who rules-zep started everything there-but aero did it further than zep in concept and keepng it on into the twilight zone in music adaptability and talent-zep dryed out before bonam was lost-and in through the out door proved it.thanx-t.r.

And for the record, I prefer Aerosmith.
How to achieve Frank Zappa's guitar tone:

Step 1: Buy a Gibson SG
Step 2: Insert Green Ringer, EQ, 3 dead squirrels and a microwave into said SG
Step 3: Plug in and freak the **** out.
