Ok, here we are. Got a couple of questions on the modes of the major scale.

I just learned the basic I-IV-V modal progression.

I'm wondering if I can use another classic progression ( I-VI-VII ) using modes?

What other ways can we make modal chord progressions?

And referring back to Cas' theory post, why would I use a Fmaj7#11 and Gdom7 when I can just use F/C and G/C for C ionian?
