Whats the best QOTSA album to start off with to get into them? I like their song little sister, and have been playing go with the flow alot on rockband.
Listen to CKY.

Songs for the Deaf did it for me. Lullabies to Paralyze would be good too, though. Just not Era Vulgaris- you need to be a fan to appreciate that one.

I'd listen to them in this order:

Songs for the Deaf
Queens of the Stone Age
Rated R
Lullabies to Paralyze
Era Vulgaris

That's based on your favourites, not what would be most accessible.

Try Songs for the Deaf first, then Lullabies (Has Little Sister), then Rated R.

And if you've dug them, try Era Vulgaris and the self titled record.

Yeah, if anything don't start with Era Vulgaris. It really takes some time for that album to grow on you.

DEFINITELY Songs for the Deaf. By all means.

Then Rated R, then Lullabies to Paralyze, and then Era Vulgaris..
If you can get a hold of the self-titled, go for that last.
