i actually think its an acoustic/electric not sure though never been a big fan of him, I coulda sworn I was flippin though channels the other day and he was doin a concert with an electric guitar

Yeah, I saw it as well. Had a crescent moon and a star on the headstock, I believe. Not too sure.

That might've been it (couldn't see the symbol on the headstock very well). It seemed more orange in concert, though.

I see him playing Olson guitars quite a bit. They're suppose to be some of the best acoustics on the planet, albeit with prices to match.


It's more hype than anything. He does make very nice guitars but luthiers like Alan Carruth and William Cumpiano make guituars that just as nice, if not nicer, and they start at around $3000 rather than $12,500.
