I've never tried gator grips, but right now the tortex is definitely my favorite.

I despise celluloid picks.

I have blue ones from Dunlop with a reptile on them (Gator, Croc, something like that). I forget what they're called, but I rather like them.

I prefer 2mm Stubbies. Breathed new life into playing for me. Although every so often I pick up a .73mm pick cos I had a box of 100.

There ain't no party like my nanna's tea party - heey - ho!

will the light ones improve the sound of strumming and make it flow? more then the thick ones?
#29
.73 Tortex are my favourites, except my guitar shop never has them except for the big triangular ones which I hate. I use Fender medium celluloid picks a lot too mainly because a friend gave me a whole bunch but those buggers are slippery as hell.

I'm currently using the Dunlop Stubby 1.00mm, and I love it. Tortex's are OK, wonderful for strumming. Never had the opportunity to try a Jazz though.

hahahaha I finally got some .73 tortex today....so happy...went into the shop and they've just got new stock in, and are now selling packs rather than single picks so I shouldn't run out for a while. Happy happy happy (God my life must be so dull for that to be so awesome)
