What is the best effects pedal with nice distortion and lots of sweet effect's

Ive looked around and can only find little tiny pedal's with one effect.
My friend has a digitech RP250 or something and that sounds pretty cool.
But i heard that Digitech pedal's sound too Digital.
So im kinda confused.

The Boss ME-50 is pretty good, and rather easy to use live. Functions more like a pedalboard than a mfx pedal in that aspect.

It's so we know what's available to you.

Also, what kind of peavey amp? Just saying peavey doesn't narrow it down much...
Nope, no sig here.

I have that same amp...it's part of the TransTube series FYI

Pretty nice amp for a 10-watter, but in all honesty for the price of a good multi-effects pedal you could be getting a better amp, if only a 50W combo or thereabouts. That would help your sound out a lot more than a pedal.

I'd recommend trying this out. It's basically a bigger version of your amp, and it has reverb and pretty good sound modeling. The best thing, though, is that for what you get with it, it's very cheap, and it's user friendly. Peavey is almost always like that.

You seem pretty new at this, so I feel the need to explain something so you don't end up making a mistake. Lots of effects aren't necessarily a good thing. Take this, for example You either have mediocre distortion, or your guitar sounds like a jet airplane taking off. With this, however, you get fewer individual effects, but you can use them all and make them sound good. Plus, it and others like it usually have noise gates and compressors, which will take your sound to a whole new level.

Pedals can't help you, however, is your amp is a 10 watt. I'm in the same boat...I have a 40W bass amp. Good things take time...start saving up and you'll have a nice rig in no time.
Nope, no sig here.
