As you can see, I've done some mad downsizing lately.
I took off the chorus, the synth-wah, the eq, the crybaby...
The LBM is being replaced with a Rat 2.

I'm pretty happy with it.

anyone else in this situation?

I don't use any pedals most of the time and I'm fine with that

If I do use pedals it's just my EQ, Reverb and OD-808.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

:O no delay??

I have a DD-3, but I can't find anything I like out of it unless I'm playing lower-gain.

Not big on modulation then?

Good lord. You are amazing.

It's stereo amp, and I don't think it's tube. However, for a stereo amp, it is very good. Don't plug guitar into it; just use it as hi-fi if it works.

I haven't really experimented with it...grr miggy you rekindle my gas!! :cop:

We need the cop smiley, I love that thing

I think I'm holding out for the TC Electronics modulation unit, I don't want an out of control board either.

Or maybe I'll go with a 20 pedal board

On a separate note: you took out the synth wah? What gives?

From the looks of things, none of you guys have the delay/verb in the loop, maybe give it a shot? its much less 'cluttered' sound, becasue the modulation isn't subject to preamp distortion/tonal shaping.

Woohoo, I love you Ped!

I don't actually have a loop, and i use delay mostly on clean so it doesnt bother me.
and about the synth wah, i dunno, it was just huge and thick and chewy, in a bad way. and i could only really play one style of riff with it, i got bored.

I'm about done...I still need an FS-5U and Micro POG, but their really not something I'm missing.

My guitars are about done too, don't really have a set plan, but I might pick up a Mustang or Jaguar sometime...

And lastly, amps have always been done for me, I have my dream amp, a '65 Twin Reverb reissue. I LOVE THAT AMP.
HEY
Do you like anime/manga?
PM me about buying the graphic novels I'm trying to sell

I've been meaning to ask, what's up with your amp?
I've never heard of/seen it before.

Im pretty much content with my rack setup now, it sounds amazing for the time ive taken to tweak every last parameter, only thing left to get is a nice rack delay to spice up the leads.
