ok my question is this. im in the process of building a mustang. if i use pickups other than traditional mustang pickups, which i think is going to be the case, can i still use normal mustang pickup selectors? the reason i ask is because theyre different from a typical pickups selector, theyre more like on/off switches. hopefully someone knows what im talking about.

Yes he does.

They're slide switches.
iirc, they're 3 position.
  • in phase
  • off
  • out of phase

I see no reason why you couldn't use those again.
