Try this maybe?

It gave me: 'Vous souhaitant de Joyeuses Pâques et beaucoup de bénédictions'.

I have no idea if that's correct though, because Internet translators obviously aren't 100% reliable.

'Happy Easter' is 'Joyeuses Pâques'
'Wishing you a Happy Easter' would be 'Je vous souhaite des Joyeuses Pâques'
or if you're friends you could say 'Je te souhaite des Joyeuses Pâques'.

I'm not sure about the 'many blessings' part. You could say and a good health or something.
'Je te souhaite des Joyeuses Pâques et une bonne santé!' parhaps.

Wishing you a happy Easter and many blessings=

Je vous souhaites une joyeuse Paques.

That's it. "Paques" is a singular word, meaning you won't put "des" before it, because "des" is plural.

Actually Pâques seems to be both singular and plural.

And I made a mistake, it's actually "Je vous souhaites de joyeuse Paques", same as "beaucoup de <some stuff>". And google seems to agree with me.
