Buy a knife, slit your wrists, then squeeze your fists together as hard as possible.
And if ever You come near, I will hold up high a mirror.
Lord, I could never show you anything as beautiful as You.

the pit is just as worse as /b/

TS, first off, don't post in the pit unless you know what you're going.

second off, there is no amp to fit that, otherwise there wouldn't be as many amps that there are. be more specific, what does this band play?

yea
guitar wise
including anything else with that

I don't think you've heard this yet, your tone is your amp, not your guitar. But since you say that you do'nt have an electric, an epiphone les paul standard will probably be good. Probably around 250ish. As for an amp, it varies. If you're playing classic rock kind of stuff, you may want to look into used fenders or used marshalls. If you're playing blues, there is no better amp than a fender. If you're playing metal, ask somebody else. All i play is folk so i don't know anything about metal.

But two rules to go by:
Don't buy solidstate if you're under 700$. Just don't.
No Marshall MG's or spider I/II/III's, including the valve variations.

And withonly 600$, you will have to go used to get good equipment. I suggest ebay or craigslist.

hope this helps

Hey welcome to UG man. Good luck with your gear aquisition. GG&A regulars will be happy to help you out.
C'mon back to the pit when you want to ask these guys how many times a day they beat the bishop. They'll be more than helpful then.

McLovin is my hero!

It's not the going that the pit cares about.
It's the coming.
