Me and my friend are doing a two man acoustic set (sort of acoustic, cos ders 2 of us, we can hav piano and drums or guitar or whatever). Its a 20 minute set, and we're running out of ideas for songs. This is what we have so far (in no certain order):

**** her Gently - Tenacious D
Vermillion Pt. 2 - Slipknot
Apocalypse Please - Muse

I was thinking of doing Your Revolution is a Joke by FFAF but it's in some ridiculous tuning and the guitar part is 2 difficult to play whilst singing at the same time.

Does anyone have any ideas for any songs which only have two dominant instruments and are in a fairly normal tuning? Vermillion is in Drop B i know, but i have two guitars so i'll just keep 1 in B and the other in standard.

Uh... your revolution is a joke is played with a capo on 1. That isn't crazy.

Why don't you just play it down a semitone?

Well, I've checked, because I wasn't too sure.

Yeah, capo 1st. I suppose that tab could be wrong though.

Yeah +1 to Layla Unplugged. You could try Tears In Heaven too, but it might be too depressing! I'd recommend some acoustic Foo's.
