onto a computer?
do they draw it on the computer? if so, what sort of programs do they use?

to actually do professional stuff on, you're looking at $500-1000. But you can pick small stuff up for about $100-200

well theres actually techniques that make a drawing more than just a drawing.
it looks more like these 2 people were just good at what they do shading and such is very good
