Let's go ahead and get it out of the way - "I Cum Blood" - Cannibal Corpse.

Seriously, though...

"Blackbird."

I'm not actually sure cause I don't know many happy songs, but I really want to help...

Your guardian angel - Red Jumpsuit Apparatus?

Maybe not appropriate...
Say for instance someone raped a virgin.
Can they also be charged for theft?

The acoustic version of Rush's 'Resist' is very nice
John Myung, the bass god with nimble, asian basketweaving fingers! \.../

Radios In Heaven by the Plain White T's. It's about how his grandma died. Or you could do Everlong by The Foo Fighters, though that might be a tad inappropriate. Here Comes the Sun is good, too.
Bands to see before I die:
Iron Maiden
Foo Fighters
Megadeth
Reel Big Fish
Rush
Streetlight Manifesto

Gear:
Epi LP Standard
Washburn Strat
Line 6 Spider (Yes, I know it's bad)

GAS:
Ibanez RG3570Z
Digitech Whammy

You don't have to use a capo, just play the chords.

Accoustic version of JT's Sexy Back......sure to get her going. All you need is to A-chord for a bit, everynow and then singing "Im bringing sexy baaaaaack. My great grandma had a heart attaaaaack"......HAHAHAHAHAHA, chad made a funny!

In all seriousness, Here comes the sun would be very appropriate for the situation.
