I don't know much about pickups but I think I heard if I took the magnets out of the humbuckers of my old guitar and put them in my new guitars pickups it would sound better? How would I do this?

If you don't know how, you shouldn't be worrying about that kind of work. It would be easier to switch out the entire pickup. What kind of guitars are they and which pickups are you switching?
Telecaster - SG - Jaguar
Princeton Reverb, Extra Reverb
P-Bass - Mustang Bass
Apogee Duet 2 - Ableton Suite

sir, i would like to inform you that you are now my favorite UGer. Not only did you use the word y'all, which is native to my homeland, but you correctly punctuated it using the apostrophe.

It may or may not make it sound better. Do you know what kind of magnets are in each or if they are compatable. Could make it sound worse.
